Dry Method Instructions for Large Decals

If your decals come rolled in a shipping tube please remove from shipping tube and lay flat. Allow at least a few hours before trying to install. Applying a book or another heavy object (that will not damage the vinyl) can also aid in the flatening of your decal.

What you will need:
Rubbing alcohol
Masking tape
Your decal (obviously...lol)

Step 1: Clean the surface well with rubbing alcohol. Allow to air dry.
Make sure your decal is exactly how you want it to be applied.
Use a ruler to help you center your decal the way it needs to be.

Step 2: Apply masking tape across the entire decal so that half of the tape is on the decal
and half of the tape is on the surface you're applying the decal to
(as seen in the picture)

Step 3: Cut in between any text or images that are not connected.

Step 4: This is what your decal should look like once all cuts are made between the images and or lettering.

Step 5: Flip the decal up and remove the backing paper.

Step 6: This image shows the backing paper completely removed.

Step 7: Slowly lower the image down and use a squeegee to press the decal onto the surface.
Start at the top (near the masking tape) and work your way down.
Go over it a few times with the squeegee to make sure it's pressed firmly onto the surface.

Step 8: Repeat step 7 with every small section you have made by cutting between the lettering/images.

Step 9: This is how your decal should look once you've applied all sections (before removing the transfer tape)

Step 10: Slowly remove the transfer tape and the masking tape.
If your lettering/image starts to come off with the transfer tape, lay it back down and squeegee it some more.

Step 11: This is what your finished product looks like! Enjoy!
